Stucco, EIFS
The stucco process entails a scratch, brown and finish coat. There are various sizes on lath and different materials depending on what is spec’d on each individual job. There are several texture finishes also. The architect determines  what is used.

Balustrades, Cast Stone
Each of these items are molded to fit each individuals needs.  The specialty companies can produce cap rails, wall cladding, water tables, newel posts and sills.  There are endless combinations depending on design.

Brick
There are several different sizes of bricks and each one covers a different square footage.  King, Queen and Modular brick are typically used on multi family and commercial jobs.  Architects spec mortar color along with wall ties to be used.  Mortar can be used in a variety of colors.  There is even options for custom mixed colors.  

CMU Block
The block has various sizes depending on needs.  Rebar, ladder wire and Maximizer are used to solidify the block when laying.  This also applies to split face block.

Stone Veneer
Natural and manufactured stone are two totally different applications.  Real stone is tremendously heavy with wall ties and a brick ledge necessary for laying.  Manufactured stone is applied using lath with a scratch coat and each individual piece being fully buttered before applying.  Manufactured stone can be dry stacked or it can have different grout sizes.
